General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the complete and binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bd7000 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your access to and use of the bd7000 website located at https://bd7000.vip, including all associated games, betting markets, account features, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support functions.

By accessing the bd7000 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or redeeming any promotional offer, you confirm unequivocally that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. Age Restriction and Eligibility

Bonus and Promotional Terms

bd7000 offers a variety of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Ramadan. Violation of any of the obligations listed above may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of your account balance, the voiding of any pending withdrawals, and where required by law, the reporting of your activity to relevant authorities.

Account Suspension and Closure

bd7000 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by bd7000's compliance team.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Detection of duplicate account creation in violation of the single-account rule.
• Identification of the account holder as being under 18 years of age.
• Player request for voluntary self-exclusion through bd7000's responsible gaming tools.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant and subject to a monthly administrative fee as notified to the account holder.

Where an account is closed by bd7000 for a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including deposited funds, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request for reasons unrelated to a breach (for example, self-exclusion or voluntary closure), any verified real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus funds will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with international gaming standards and applicable law.
